Who handles your information
eProfitBooster is operated by EPB IT Services Pvt. Ltd., India. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact [email protected] with the subject “Privacy”.
What the Problem Desk collects
When you choose Send enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, selected workflow, task frequency, problem description and confirmation that you agree to enquiry handling. A submission reference helps us recognise retries. We use these details to understand your request, respond and discuss a possible project. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Before you press Send enquiry, the form and review remain in your browser. Downloading a brief saves a copy on your device. Please avoid confidential quotations, credentials, payment details, customer records and sensitive personal information. The form does not accept file uploads.
Where your enquiry goes
The form sends your brief over HTTPS through Cloudflare to our Contabo-hosted website. Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery and protection against bots and denial-of-service attacks, and processes website requests, including submitted form data in transit, to provide these services. The server passes it to our existing [email protected] email setup, whose receiving mail service is Google. Authorised people handling enquiries and the hosting and email providers process information as needed to deliver, secure and answer your request. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country.
The website does not create a separate database of enquiry text. Email copies are held in our business mailbox and may exist temporarily in the outgoing mail queue or service backups. The form does not send your enquiry to an AI model, sell it or publish it.
Technical information and cookies
The website and mail infrastructure process technical records such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, delivery status and errors for operation and security. The Problem Desk uses a necessary session cookie, epb_desk, to protect submissions. It is not an advertising cookie. Cloudflare may also use necessary security cookies and browser checks to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. The application keeps hashed request and network identifiers to limit spam and avoid duplicate submissions; these records do not include the enquiry text. Expired session and submission metadata are cleared by scheduled maintenance.
The current website does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. External websites reached through links have their own privacy practices.
Retention
We retain enquiry correspondence while needed to answer the request, manage an ensuing business relationship or meet applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any resulting engagement; it is not an indefinite permission to use your details. You can ask us to delete information no longer needed. Required records, active disputes and copies awaiting normal backup expiry may need to be retained. Security and delivery logs follow the service's rotation and operational requirements.
Your choices and requests
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy concern. Please include your submission reference if available. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out and may prevent us from continuing the enquiry. You may also exercise rights or seek remedies available under applicable law.
Demonstrations and future projects
The Workbench uses fictional samples and local browser calculations. It does not send edited figures to us. Any future project involving live business data, external AI services or integrations requires a separate agreed scope and data-handling arrangements.
Children and changes
This site is intended for business enquiries from adults. Please do not submit children's personal information. We may update this notice when handling changes; the effective date above identifies this version.
